Fees listed below apply exclusively to HCAF members; prospective members may sponsor at double the listed rate. Some benefits are limited, so early commitments ensure the greatest return on investment.

Silver Package – $7,100

Valued at over $9,000, this package includes:

  • Sponsored break with tabletop display in the break area ($5,000 value)

  • Logo on the conference website linked to your website ($650)

  • Logo in all conference-related email promotions linked to your website ($650)

  • Logo displayed in looping slideshow between sessions and workshops ($250)

  • Recognition in the attendee welcome guide ($50)

Valued at over $24,000, this package includes everything in the Silver package plus:
