The two-day trade show features 90+ exhibitors, providing our valued industry partners with an exceptional platform to showcase their products and services

Exhibitor Package

The HomeCareCon trade show exhibitor package delivers a comprehensive set of benefits to maximize your visibility and engagement. Early bird pricing is available through June 24 at $1,485 for HCAF members and $2,970 for non-members. Each package includes:

  • 8' × 10' booth in a carpeted exhibit hall (electricity not included)
  • 6' × 30” table with black skirting, accompanied by two chairs and a wastebasket
  • Single-line identification signage (one per booth)
  • Pipe and drape (black) for an 8’ high back wall and 3’ side rail
  • Recognition in the trade show directory, distributed both online and onsite
  • NEW THIS YEAR!   Admission for two (2) booth staffers to the trade show and MainCon sessions on Tuesday, July 23, and Wednesday, July 24; additional staff may attend the trade show and sessions for $500 each
  • Attendee registration lists, to be emailed on June 24, July 11, and August 5

Your booth registration includes meals, exclusive access to trade show breaks, the evening reception on Wednesday, July 23, and breakfast. Exhibitors will also enjoy an early lunch, served 60 minutes before attendee meal service.

You may order electricity, monitors, wired internet, furniture, and other optional services through our online exhibitor portal. Instructions will be included in the exhibitor kit you will receive once your booth is reserved.
