Prospective members are also welcome to exhibit, with reservations available at double the listed fee — or become a member and unlock savings and a full year of exclusive benefits! Exhibitor Package

The trade show exhibitor package provides a comprehensive set of benefits designed to maximize your visibility and engagement. Early bird pricing is $1,485 for HCAF members and $2,970 for prospective members. Prices increase by $100 after June 23.

All meals will be served in the trade show hall and are included for exhibitor staff, including access to trade show breaks, the reception, and breakfast. Lunch will be served to exhibitors 60 minutes prior to attendee access.
Optional booth services — such as electricity, monitors, hard-wired internet, and additional booth furnishings — may be ordered through the online exhibitor portal. Detailed ordering instructions will be included in the exhibitor kit provided after booth reservation.
