Exhibitor Package
8’ × 10’ booth space in a carpeted exhibit hall (electricity not included)
6’ × 30” table with black skirting, two (2) chairs, and wastebasket
Single-line identification signage (one per booth)
Black pipe and drape, including an 8’ high back wall and 3’ side rails
Recognition in the trade show directory, available on the event website and onsite
Admission for two (2) booth staff to the trade show and MainCon sessions on Wednesday, July 22 and Thursday, July 23 (additional representatives are $500 each)
Attendee registration lists emailed on July 1, July 15, and August 7
Registration also includes meals, exclusive access to trade show breaks, the Wednesday evening reception (July 22), and breakfast. Exhibitors will enjoy an early lunch served 60 minutes before attendee meal service.
Electricity, monitors, wired internet, furniture, and other optional services may be ordered through our online exhibitor portal. Ordering instructions will be included in the exhibitor kit you will receive after reserving your booth.
