The two-day trade show features more than 90 exhibitors, providing our partner vendors in the home care industry with an exceptional platform to showcase their products/services.

EXHIBITOR PACKAGE

The exhibitor package offers comprehensive amenities designed to enhance your presence at HomeCareCon. Early bird pricing at $1,485 for HCAF members and $2,970 for prospective members, this package includes:

  • 8' × 10' booth in a carpeted exhibit hall (electricity not included).

  • 6' × 30” table with black skirting, accompanied by two chairs and a wastebasket.

  • Single-line identification signage (one per booth).

  • Pipe and drape (black) for an 8’ high back wall and 3’ side rail.

  • One (1) complimentary single-day registration, or 50% off one full MainCon registration (separate registration required).

  • Recognition in the trade show directory, distributed both online and onsite.

  • NEW THIS YEAR! Admission for two booth staffers to both the trade show and sessions on Tuesday, July 23, and Wednesday, July 24. Additional booth staff may attend both the trade show and sessions for $500 per person.

  • Attendee registration lists, to be emailed on June 24, July 11, and August 5.

Your booth registration includes meals, access to trade show breaks, the reception, and breakfast. Lunch will be served to exhibitors 60 minutes prior to attendee meal service.

Electricity, monitors, wired internet, furniture, and other additional services can be conveniently ordered through our online exhibitor portal. You will receive detailed instructions in the exhibitor kit after reserving your booth.
