About the Home Care PAC

The Home Care Political Action Committee (PAC) serves as a critical platform for pooling resources and directing support to candidates who champion home care interests in Tallahassee. Over the years, the PAC has achieved significant legislative victories, including Medicaid reimbursement rate increases and expanded access to home- and community-based services. It consistently advocates for regulatory reforms that offer greater operational flexibility for home care agencies, securing funding to alleviate waiting lists, and defeating legislation that imposes costly administrative burdens. Through its efforts, the PAC continually advances policies that benefit both providers and patients.

Tournament Details

• What: Home Care PAC Cornhole Tournament FUNdraiser
• When: Tuesday, July 16, 2024, 7:00-9:00 PM
• Where: Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace Verandah
• Cost: $250 per person/$500 per team, including two (2) drink tickets per person

Team Competition

16 teams will compete in a single-elimination format, striving to reach 21 points first in each round.

Exclusive Engagement

Participants can network and build relationships with industry peers in a relaxed atmosphere.

Prizes

Top-performing teams and those displaying exceptional spirit can win trophies, gift cards, electronics, and other exciting prizes!

Proceeds directly benefit the Home Care PAC, supporting candidates who prioritize industry needs.

How to Participate

• Form a team of two and register to secure your spot. Individual players are welcome and will be paired up before the tournament.
• Each team competes in matches until a champion is crowned.
• Spectators are welcome to attend for $100 per person, including two (2) drink tickets.
• Support the cause by attending, participating, or becoming a sponsor.

Sponsorship Opportunity

To make our fundraiser truly unforgettable, we're counting on the generosity of organizations like yours. Your support will not only elevate the tournament experience but also demonstrate your commitment to the home care industry.

The Home Care PAC is currently seeking sponsors for this event, offering eight (8) seven (7) exclusive sponsorship slots. For HCAF members, sponsorship is priced at $1,500, while prospective members can secure a slot for $3,000.

In exchange for your generous support, your organization will receive the following benefits:

• Prominent display of their logo on a cornhole board set, also available for play during the Thursday evening reception (weather permitting).
• Recognition sign at the event.
• Admission for two (2) spectators
• A 6’ table for promotional materials.
• A dedicated prize valued at $100 for a tournament winner, along with acknowledgment during the prize distribution ceremony.
• The opportunity to provide one promotional item for each player/spectator.
